Responsibilities

As a Sales Rep for Southern Industries, you will spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. Average annual earnings are between $100K - $150K and top performers make upwards of $250K.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Works successfully without requiring close supervision.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
• At least three years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel.
