Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting individual to become a part of our dynamic team! Sports Licensing Solutions is a multi-sales channel manufacturer that produces and sells products representing the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, NCAA and U.S. Armed Forces. We don’t simply sell products; we sell PASSION to sports fans allowing them the ability to display their favorite team’s logo on products you see each and every day. Our broad line of products range from automotive to home décor as well as sports and leisure. This massive product offering allows our organization the ability to sell to virtually every type of retailer across the county. Position Overview

Established in 2003 Sports Licensing Solutions has achieved record sales in each of the past 20 years since the birth of our company. Our continued growth requires expansion within all departments. As a Sales Representative within our team, you will be joining our inside sales team. Under the leadership of the National Sales Manager and the Senior National Accounts Manager you will be managing your book of existing customers and acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for independently owned and operated customers in a variety of different retailer segments, including fan shops, book stores, gift stores, ecommerce retailers, and many more.

You will start with an active book of business comprising hundreds of companies that are already doing business with us. Your responsibility is to educate our customers about products that they may not be already purchasing and to maximize revenues. You will also be provided with a steady stream of qualified sales leads, both inbound and outbound, that you will convert to new customers. You will have goals for both existing customers, and you will be rewarded with an attractive commission and bonus structure for your hard work.

We offer a highly desirable compensation package, which includes a base salary, uncapped sales commissions, and performance bonus opportunities. We also offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-sponsored 401K with matching, paid holidays, wellness program, and other benefits.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

· Acquire new business by contacting prospects by phone or email.

· 40+ outbound calls per day.

· Manage and grow existing business by staying in contact with existing customers and increasing product penetration.

· Prospect independently and always look for new sales opportunities in addition to working with leads provided by the company.

· Use company’s CRM system to log activity and schedule follow up actions.

· Infrequent travel may be required to visit customers and attend trade shows.

· Other tasks that are assigned by management from time to time.

Knowledge and Skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), good typing skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Extroverted personality, must enjoy conversing with people and talking on the phone

· Interest in and knowledge of professional and collegiate sports preferred

· Strong organization skills with attention to details

· Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at once with minimal direction

· Training and procedural documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
