Full description of the position

Provide accurate management and financial information for review in line with Group timetable.

Responsible for the preparation of month end journals, reconciliations and closing ledgers at the end of accounting periods.

Monthly & weekly payroll

Credit Control

Intercompany Reconciliations

Responsible for the periodic update of bank reconciliations and preparation of all inputs for review.

Assists with collating monthly management packs, preparation of monthly management accounts.

Raise invoices on ETZ software

Assist in the preparation of ad hoc analysis / management reports

Own daily/weekly cashflow

Key Requirements:

Ideally a Graduate with a relevant degree, AAT studier

Experience using Xero & ETZ

Good understanding of Financial & Management Accounting.

Good levels of competence on spreadsheets.

An ability to work as a team member.

Willingness to learn and progress.

Questioning of status quo and drive to improve processes

Proactive and extremely organized work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
