Position Summary:
The Sales Enablement Administrator’s primary goal is to partner with the sales team and support them to attaining assigned short and long-term sales goals. This position is typically assigned to a cross-section of accounts that may be based on industry, product segment, channel, and salesperson. The multi-faceted SEA position is to help find qualified opportunities in the 3PL, Forward & Reverse Logistics industry by partnering with marketing and sales as well as supporting and executing on completing responses on various RFPs and RFQs. The SEA will collaborate closely with Account Executive to generate new opportunities and follow up on administrative works.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop net new opportunities for the sales team from prospecting, and through calling on marketing generated leads in 3PL, forward/reverse logistics industry
- Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts
- Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social mediums
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
- Work with Account Executives to identify ongoing strategic targets, and direction
- Quickly learn the Premier’s service capabilities and offerings, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objectives and competitive questions
- Educate leads on Premier’s service capabilities and offerings and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk or meet with an Account Executive
- Qualify and engage sales leads, supplying leads with adequate information about Premier’s service capabilities and offerings and providing the sales team with executive summaries about the lead ahead of their calls ensuring proper lead hand-offs
- Coordinate Sales Operations activities including but not limited to customer onboarding, sales events (customer visits, tradeshows and seminars), sales strategy/skills, sales tools
- Coordinate technical pricing, contractual, and internal proposal support resources to ensure appropriate response to RFP, and timely submission or proposals and additional information requests
- Ensure quality of submissions meets customer requirements in a user-friendly format while maintaining Premier LogiTech’s brand and image standards
- Maintain an "RFP Knowledge-base" of information and responses
- Actively participate in the improvement of the look and feel of proposal design
- Develop and drive the RFP workflow and business process
- Track, measure and analyze the win/loss rates of RFP/RFI responses sales
Skills and Specifications Required:
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- 3+ months of prior sales experience or equivalent exhibiting ability to interact with customers
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with distributed sales team
- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Premier LogiTech
- Proven ability to overcome objections
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to achieve goals
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines with poise
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and follow through
- Must be detail oriented, organized and posses strong analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize information from different sources/styles into a document with consistent tone
Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation:
- Position may require the occasional lifting to 20 lbs.
- Position in an office type setting and may involve prolonged work on a computer and or phone in one location
- Position may require rare travel to client sites and travel to various Premier locations
