Car Wash Sales Associate

Rocket Express is hiring a Car Wash Sales Associate to provide excellent service to our customers and uphold our “Gold Standard” customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Greet or beat all customers to our pay stations to ensure they are welcomed to the wash
• Educate customers on our unlimited car wash membership programs
• Use and develop critical thinking, listening, and technical skills while supporting and collaborating with team members
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Display a positive attitude with customers and members of our team
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude

You are

• Excited about excelling in a sales and customer service centric role
• Able to lift at least 35 lbs.
• Quick on your feet and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to be outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions

Nice to haves

• Prior car wash experience
• Experience working in a sales role – we offer a commission program!

Additional Info

• $15/hour + commission
• Full-time (30+ hours per week)
• Part-time (10-29 hours per week)
• Health insurance offered for full-time employees averaging 30+ hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
