The Business Development Specialist is responsible for generating leads and sales by developing lasting business relationships with our clients. This position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills paired with exceptional values and integrity.

Essential Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prospect, generate, qualify, and follow up on leads and appointment setting for new sales prospects into the business
• Lead generation and prospecting through establishing relationships within the business community, cold calling, and networking
• Collaboratively work with the other members of the sales team and leadership to develop and execute new sales strategies to generate lead opportunities
• Leverage and develop existing networks of sales prospects and build a strong sales pipeline
• Effectively communicate and present the product(s) solution and value proposition to customers
• Maintain our CRM data for better visibility and projections within the sales cycle

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum sales experience
• Genuinely enjoys building relationships and serving others
• Experience with professional office software – Microsoft Office Suites, Google Docs, etc.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
