We're looking for a Senior VP of Sales to manage, develop, and motivate our Annuity and Life sales teams to continue our track record of growth in the competitive and ever changing insurance industry. If you're up to the challenge, we encourage you to apply and join the family.
What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop a sales strategy to accelerate the overall growth and positioning of our organization in a competitive marketplace
• Manage the external facing sales team and implement innovative sales processes to achieve business goals
• Serve as the face of sales promote and grow existing relationships with key customers, and leverage industry expertise to cultivate and build new strategic relationships.

Desired Qualifications:

• Extensive financial services industry knowledge
• Life/Health Insurance Licensing required
• Progressively increasing managerial responsibility
