About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant/ Business Process Architect Transformation to lead Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) transformational processes. Supporting design and development of high priority existing procedures and the creation of needed procedures.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of transformation and/or business process improvement projects/programs
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform current business process architecture/landscape and define target operating model/business architecture
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in working across multiple business process taxonomies / how the processes are being aligned and classified within the business
  • Experience in capturing current business process architecture and business landscape
  • Experience in defining and creating the target operating model
  • Experience in defining and design people/process/ technology related business architecture
  • Experience in leading transformation and/or business process improvement projects/ programs
  • Experience designing new processes from beginning to end
  • Business Architecture (TOGAF, ZachMan etc.) or Six Sigma Certification is preferred (Black Belt)
  • Process inventory rationalization/optimization experience
  • Process modeling(BPMN) knowledge
  • Advanced communication skills and expertise working with Sr. Business Leaders
Job Expectations:
  • Hybrid return to work plan of 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely if desired
  • Expect travel up to 20%
