As our Strategic Business Development Analyst, you will be working closely with our VP of Business Development to help generate new business, client relationships, and expand Pegasus’ management footprint in new and existing markets leveraging market and financial analysis.

Summary/Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis of budgets & proformas
• Provide market analysis & market research
• Research for growth opportunities leveraging CoStar, NAA, and NMHC
• Research leads and maintain a monthly minimum
• Qualify Leads to become opportunities
• Maintain BD records and files
• Research conference attendee lists, qualify and schedule meetings for VP BD
• Prepare market surveys, SWOT Analysis, Key Takeaways
• New business development opportunities and geographic expansion initiatives
• Develop and present pitches and RFPs for client prospects
• Foster new and existing client relationships for Pegasus’ management portfolio
• Generate marketing campaigns and communication initiatives to potential prospects
• Engage with high level owners and executives on a regular basis
• Communicate the Pegasus vision and management partner quality impeccably
• Monitor and analyze market information and trends for opportunities

Qualifications:

• Background in New Business Development or Sales for Corporate portfolio / finance
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Finance / Sales / Property Management / Business Management / Real Estate
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Executive presence and professional demeanor around high-level executives
• Self-motivated mentality, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
• Knowledge of OneSite and HubSpot preferred
