In this role, you will sell our insurance solutions and superior service to industry-leading businesses and high-net-worth individuals. You will play a critical role in providing risk mitigation strategies that are crucial to business and/or individual success.

Responsibilities:
● Learn the Avery Way of doing business as it relates to understanding coverages, the underwriting process, and implementing marketing strategies to acquire clients.
● Develop and maintain strong working relationships with company partners to facilitate the placement of business.
● Partner with account managers to service accounts.
● Conduct periodic account reviews with clients to ensure that coverages are consistent with exposures and present products to enhance their insurance portfolio.
Requirements:
● At least 2 years of successful outside sales experience.
● Valid P&C insurance license or commitment to attain license within 6 months of employment.
● Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to build and manage customer-executive relationships.
● Willingness to travel to prospective and active client businesses and networking events (~15% of the time max.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
