Liberty Software is seeking a specialty pharmacy expert and customer service champion to partner with existing pharmacy clients to solve problems and build relationships as a Key Account Manager for our MID Group. The Key Account Manager - MID Group will serve as the point of contact for all specialty pharmacy accounts, providing dedicated support from initial installation to account maturity. This is a senior account manager role, and therefore will need to be an individual well versed in the unique processes of specialty pharmacies and quick to learn and become a subject matter expert of software products.
This individual will receive inbound phone calls, emails, chats, and escalated tickets from their accounts or from Liberty's Tier 1 support group. The Key Account Managers are responsible for ensuring all open tickets are addressed and updates are communicated back to the pharmacy in a timely and professional manner. By providing superior customer service and getting to know the unique needs of assigned accounts, the Key Account Manager - MID Group will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with their clients.

This position is based in our office in Grapevine, Texas.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Operate as the point of contact for any and all software matters specific to onboarding and maitennance of specialty pharmacies
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships with all members of assigned accounts, such as pharmacy owners, managers, and staff members
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients’ unique needs such as configuring and customization of Liberty’s software, work with all departments to ensure project resolutions such as software errors, and hardware troubleshooting or replacements etc.
- Communicate clearly with clients about status of purchases, trouble tickets, and requests
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Clearly document client's software issues and escalate appropriately
- Work with assigned accounts to guide and aid in configuring software and computer settings to customize software to best meet each client’s unique needs.
- Provide web-based training of Liberty’s pharmacy software to clients
- Become an expert on Liberty’s software in order to answer questions and guide clients in best practices for their specific needs
- Assist in other areas when needed
Qualifications:
- Professional and friendly demeanor is a must
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, train, and effectively assist in decisions at all levels of client organizations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- 2+ years experience in a specialty pharmacy setting or supporting specialty pharmacies strongly prefered
- Excellent listening and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certified pharmacy technician a plus
