Retail Sales Sales Administrator in Sandy, OR

Due to growth, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team who assists our Sales Department AND our customers! Must be an outstanding communicator with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, and should feel comfortable and confident in contacting customers, creating and maintaining reports, ordering supplies, and lots more!
Responsibilities
- Calling customers with updates on their orders
- Stocking in new units into IDS (Management System) and inputting rebates where applicable
- Maintaining/creating spreadsheets used for inventory and sales
- Maintaining folders and necessary sales paperwork needed for completing sales
- Being a liaison between sales management and other departments and manufacturers
- Performing sales audits as needed
- Assisting sales & finance with communicating with customers on status of refunds for cancellations, fuel reimbursements, etc.
- Aids in ordering supplies needed for sales Team
- Assists finance with warranty cancellation process
- Prints reports and stock sheets
- Updates the monthly deal log
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma is Required
- 3-5 years experience working as an administrative assistant
- Has a strong commitment to achieving results in a timely manner
- Has a desire to work in a collaborate, team environment
- High levels of energy and the desire to be the best at whatever they do
- Superior communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Must be computer literate, with skills in Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems
