Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description:

This job is designed for a Sales Specialist working in the industrial filter and parts industry.

Industry knowledge about filters and accessories will be part of training—mainly looking for a sales presence with the ability to search out new customers and support existing customers.

Job Description includes the following:

 Phone Call Solicitations & Support
 Order Taking
 Customer Service and Customer Follow-up
 Emailing & Communicating with Customers
 Researching Parts for Service & Sales
 Working with Operations on Order Fulfillment

Job will basically require a dynamic person who is good at communicating with customers and finding solutions to serve our customers.

Pay will be negotiated based on experience.

Experience & Education:

We will train you on the industrial side of the business!

However, applicant must have minimum of 2 years of experience as inside customer service specialist. 4 years is preferred. Applicants with industrial experience are preferred.

Applicant must demonstrate effective writing and oral communication skills.

Applicant must be proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook and comfortable with computers and Internet utilization.

Applicant must have graduated from high school. Post high school education is preferred.

Applicant must provide work history with dates including: company name, address, positions held with duties, responsibilities and successes.

References are required upon request.

Background Checking:

Killer Filter may do some or all of the following background checks: drug testing, criminal record, employment history, positions held, SSN verification, references, reference letters, education, degrees, credit record, professional licenses/credentials and driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
