We are currently seeking full time eCommerce Inside Sales Representatives to join our Tanasbourne/Hillsboro, Oregon team. We seek candidates who love helping people and solving problems. Our Inside Sales Representatives are the collaborating force of the company. In this role, you will help the customer identify and purchase the equipment and supplies they need to be successful. You will be communicating with them via phone, live chat and our Zendesk platform. This position requires multi-tasking while assisting customers with product inquiries, order entry, follow-up, shipment tracking, returns/refunds support and problem solving.

Highlights:

· Manage customers & prospective sales leads via phone calls, live chats and emails

· Generate and send sales quotes to customers for special requests.

· Follow up with prospects to close sales via outbound calls and email.

· Work closely and collaboratively with direct team members and support departments.

· Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward external and internal parties.

· Act as the liaison between customers and the manufacturers, as well as customers and shipping carriers.

· No cold calling.

Skills:

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

· Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
