Description:

Finstro is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for Sales Executives for our USA business.

Finstro is an award-winning provider of B2B Trade Payment solutions. Finstro combines financial technology, innovative thinking, and experienced leadership to deliver solutions that facilitate business to business trade.

The Sales Executive role is responsible for prospecting and closing sales. If you live or want to move to Denver you can work in our beautiful Denver offices otherwise the role is fully remote.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Finstros solutions and the benefits to our customers.
  • Research, use networks and prospecting techniques (including cold calling) to pre-qualify sales opportunities.
  • Contact decision makers and manage the sales cycle through to onboarding of merchants via effective phone and/or F2F selling techniques.
  • Be a disciplined and effective manager of a sales pipeline, sales cycle and related CRM reporting.
This role will suit if you:

  • Have a minimum 4 years relevant experience.
  • Have operating or sales experience, and a large network base, in 1 or more B2B industries.
  • Are comfortable dealing with technology and tech-based solutions.
  • Have a genuine passion and a high energy level for sales.
  • Have a minimum basic understanding of finance, payments and the way small business works.
  • Have effective people and selling skills and can think on your feet and overcome objections.
  • Can work flexible hours and deal with remote teams and colleagues in different time zones.
  • Are comfortable working hands-on in a start-up environment where infrastructure, processes, systems and work practices are still at various stages of implementation and refinement.
  • Are genuinely excited to be part of the global expansion of a well-resourced, dynamic B2B FinTech business at the early stages of its USA market expansion.
What you will get in return:
  • Base salary commensurate with experience. Uncapped commission.
  • Indicatively $130,000 per year for on-target-sales performance.

For those living in Denver, the role is based 5-days per week in our downtown Denver office. For those living outside of Denver, the role is available on a fully remote basis.
