Position Summary:

Are you an enthusiastic person who likes communicating with others? If you are then Colton RV wants you to join our team. Help our salespeople by cultivating relationships with customers. Help already interested customers arrange appointments to deliver opportunities to our salespeople. Candidates who are self-motivated and go above and beyond have excelled at this position.

**There may be the potential for some remote work from home for this position on Sundays.

Essential Functions:

• Handle all internet leads and inbound sales calls using a phone, text, and email with the goal of setting an appointment
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the buying process
• Contact interested possible customer to help them schedule appointments
• Communicate and log customer and prospect activities in company CRM
• Follow up with unsold traffic, and missed appointments
• Greet customers whose appointments you scheduled before turning them over to a sales representative
• Generate additional business from other sources
• Utilize word tracks and scripts for maximum success

Education, Experience and Work Requirements:

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• High School diploma or GED, college degree is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication ability with concentration on telephone technique
• Able to work with and manage a CRM tool, previous VinSolutions experience a plus

Compensation

$17 per hour plus the opportunity for bonuses.
