As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will be the reason our customers come back! They will be excited to see your friendly face because of your outstanding customer service you provide! You will not be bored as you help assist customers, work in the back assisting with warehouse duties, and be trained to make local deliveries!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assess customer needs as they come into store and offer solutions
• Mix, tint and match paint to customer request
• Suggest and upsell additional products, such as brushes, rollers, tape, drop cloths, etc.
• Use computer system to receive payments
• Lift, move, and stock store products while following safety guidelines
• Assist in warehouse associate duties, such as material handling, inventory, receiving, and general labor
• Ensure PPG high service standards are maintained in the store and that customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license, with no restrictions and acceptable driving record
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic, team orientated mindset
• Capability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 40 – 60 pounds routinely
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, carry, and reach, routinely
• Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, some Saturday’s, some holidays and possible overtime, if needed
• Ability to read and follow verbal/written instructions
• Basic computer and internet skills
