Insurance Sales Representative: is responsible for engaging with new customers to grow sales through referrals, networking and outbound calling. Implement a strategic sales plan to expand and maintain book of business. Manage client relationships resulting in the elevation of customer retention.

Insurance Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals.
• Prospect new or existing accounts
• Manage the financial acumen of your own book of business
• Strategize and develop plans to grow sales
• Establish and retain clientele through superior service
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospect for new clients and perform outbound calls

Insurance Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• Property and Casualty- highly preferred
• Prior inside sales Experience- REQUIRED.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Self directed
• Strong verbal and written skills

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
