Georgia Wildcat Paving is looking for a Sales/ Estimator to fill a role available.

Responsibilities for this position include:

· Meet bid and proposal deadlines

· Track your Bids.

· Review project plan sheets for scope and quantities

· Encourage positive communication between departments

· Utilize applicable sales tools effectively (pavement soft, Measuring wheel, etc.)

· Provide on-time, accurate site visits estimates within 24-48 hours

· Help customers with design ideas/problems

· Previous sales experience in construction is a plus

· The ability to work independently with little supervision, the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities are essential

· Must display a courteous and professional attitude and appearance when dealing with co-workers and the public

· Proficient computer skills with web-based applications and MS Office products

· Maintain positive relationships with customers

Commissions are issued monthly; Bonuses are issued quarterly and at the end of the year.
