The Enterprise Architecture Group is a strategic organization at the forefront of Citi's Transformation efforts. We act as a catalyst across businesses and functions driving the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization. We are responsible for partnering with business lines and functions to execute the simplification program. We do this using our Enterprise developed tools and playbook to identify process complexity to simplify. We also provide businesses and functions with ongoing governance, program oversight, metrics and reporting to ensure consistency, control, and accountability as it relates to the program.

The Business Sr. Analyst applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flows for the areas or functions we partner with. The candidate will be responible for supporting and further streamlining our exception monitoring programs. In this capacity, the candidate will need to conduct client outreach, training sessions, and governance of all monitoring programs. Additionally, the candidate will need to identify potential enhancements to the processes we perform in support of these programs. Strong communication and partnership is required as the candidate will interact with our internal clients and technology teams. Work and performance of Enterprise Architecture are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities:

• Program Management support of our exception monitoring processes.
• Data Collection and evaluation
• Design and provide day-to-day support to management in the form of enhancement opportunities
• Partner with our internal clients to ensure they understand Enterprise Architecture terms.
• Assembly, development and structuring of presentation decks and metrics tracking the firms performance with regards to our initiatives.
• Development and management of strategic solutions for a group under rapid development
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience
• Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills.
• Interpersonal skills to oversee cross disciplinary work streams.
• Project management and strategic analysis experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
