Full Job Description
We are searching for a professional Sales Representative. This sales position that will have the opportunity to establish a new client base and drive revenue growth for the company. The successful candidate will have a proven record of prospecting and new business development in a manufacturing industry.
About the Company
Miniature Custom Manufacturing is an injection molding company. We have been in business for 18 years and are in the medical, Automotive and consumer packaging industries. We are actively looking to grow our non-automotive markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Cold call/network potential customers to establish new client base
- Identify and successfully cultivate new business opportunities
- Effectively grow sales revenue from the assigned territory
- Drive sales growth across all Targeted Markets
- Develop and nurture business relationships
- Communicate and present to all levels of both internal and external customers
- Constructively contribute to the MCM sales strategy to exceed business objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Minimum 5+ years of successful sales experience in the manufacturing industry
- Mechanical systems and technology experience
- Demonstrated success in a direct manufacturing sales role including new account growth

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
- Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Key Account Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Manage, develop, establish, and prioritize goals, objectives, strategies, business systems for assigned territory
- Must have excellent phone etiquette.
- Make sound decisions and be able to maintain confidentiality and handle stressful situations.
- Manages accounts assigned to his/her territory while maintaining accurate up to date customer files
- Updates and maintains their accounts in excel or other CRM tool
- Handles quotations, submittal packets, verifies, and checks quotes and sales order packets for completeness and accuracy before a purchase order is generated.
- Identifies and targets potential customers.
- Basic administrative duties consist of electronic filing and data entry.
- Attends and manages pertinent trade shows in their territory.
- Manages all marketing for their territory and is responsible for follow up
- Communicates with others to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of interdepartmental operations.
