3E Partners is an employer solutions & employee benefits firm seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to aid our growth. Our clients range from 20 to 2500 employees, and this role would be responsible for driving new business revenue growth, as well as supporting the existing book of business. In addition to demonstrating excellent communication skills, successful candidates are expected to foster and maintain the relationship with clients by working with them throughout the year and during the annual renewal process. Successful candidates will also demonstrate a high level of motivation, superb work ethic, strong collaborating and team working skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and coordinate appropriate resources to address
• Conduct Open Enrollment meetings
• Maintain organized electronic client files and system for project management - CRM
• Responsible for scheduling, preparing, and leading client meetings
• Maintain relationships with various insurers while staying current on new vendor capabilities and products
• Meet requirements for licensing as directed by management
• Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills

Qualifications:

• Life and Health license/certification
• Relevant schooling or sales experience recommended
• Ability to learn, understand and lead the sales process and campaigns
• Professional with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage priorities and stay focused
