Ron Tonkin Kia, a top-performing automotive dealership in Gladstone, OR, is actively seeking experienced Car Sales Representatives to join our sales team. Our Car Sales Representatives significantly impact our dealership by providing world-class customer support to our clients throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual with prior automotive sales experience.

Car Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle.
• Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate sales transactions.
• Attend training and sales meetings.
• Complete sales transaction paperwork.

Car Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits

Commission-based pay plan – there is no limit to how much money you can make!

Average Sales Representative Pay:

• Internet Sales: $11,405/month = $137k/yr
• Sales: $12,332/month = $148k/yr
• Overall: $12,080/month = $145/yr

Car Sales Representative Requirements

• 1-3 years of automotive sales experience.
• Computer skills (Word, CRM, Texting, Email).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
