Key Activities/Responsibilities
- Champion the direct sales effort in assigned territory.
- Work with regional team to map and manage the customer base via CRM.
- Generate direct sales and develop customers within specified territory.
- Generate and help facilitate rental leads for all products.
- Train customers and other personnel in the company's product lines.
- Attend regional sales meetings as needed.
- Attend and coordinate regional and national trade shows.
- Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas.
- Meet sales objectives and supply forecasting information on a monthly basis.
- Submit monthly accomplishment report.
- Submit expense reports on a timely basis.
- Develop and maintain competitive manufacturer's profiles and report on their activity each month.
- Ensure that all business conducted in the region is consistent with the company's mission statement and standard of ethical practices.
- Must be willing and able to travel 75%, mostly overnight.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field, preferred.
- Must have at least (3) three years capital equipment sales experience.
- Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrate computer literacy.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- High degree of initiative, enthusiasm and motivation required.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under time restraints and manage costs and resources required.
