We are looking for a Sales Order Administrator to work closely with other departments to ensure sales orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. The Sales Order Administrator will communicate with customers about their orders and answer any questions. If you are a self-starter that is task oriented, this is the team for you!

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. This is an in-person position located in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Sales order processing cycle management – ensure sales orders are fulfilled in timely manner.
• Validate information from the customer to confirm all requirements are met.
• Enter and process sales orders utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV.
• Process and provide order acknowledgement for sales orders.
• Monitor order status; follow up on pending orders; communicate issues; provide updates.
• Partner with Finance to ensure open invoices are investigated and addressed.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accurate reporting of inventory.
• Communicate with logistics, sales and/or customers through various channels.
• Acknowledge and work to resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Perform other duties associated with the sales order processing and accounting

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree a plus
• 2+ years experince working with order processing, invoicing, customer service, or similar.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
