We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Care Representative to service existing clients and assist in growing a Financial Services agency. You will have the opportunity to be a team member for one of the top financial services sale’s agencies in the country. In doing so, you will learn the industry, and develop sales and marketing skills. There are opportunities for advancement and increased compensation within the first 6 months of employment. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with clients on all aspects of the insurance plans, take payments, explain coverages and offer needs-based solutions.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with them, as needed.
• Work with the owner to establish and meet service and marketing goals.
• Use a customer focused, needs-based approach to inform customers about insurance and financial services options
• NO cold calling
• NO Quotas
• Base salary with performance bonuses

Training:

• Paid training and reimbursed licensing costs. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NO EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!
• Training will comprise product knowledge, application solicitation and office skills as well as a vision of the agency’s philosophies and priorities. Do you have what it takes to compete for this position?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
