Position Overview
We’ve been championing the adoption of revenue operations in growth-focused organizations for years. Our work has been instrumental in enabling companies, from early-stage startups to the Fortune 500, to generate more significant results from the investments and actions they take.
The RevOps Administrator is a new role in our RevOps Group. Our RevOps Group provides advisory services and business process outsourcing to companies that are serious about growth and want to hear the truth about achieving it. You’ll be instrumental in building out and executing the RevOps functions that are mission-critical. You will work closely with our leadership team and the sales & marketing leadership teams of several of our clients. You will be involved in building, coordinating, and optimizing the strategies and tactics that will lead to their (and our) success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive solutions with the systems & tools, business management, and sales enablement to optimize our customers’ ability to generate more revenue and improve customer retention
- Identify weaknesses in current processes and be a core participant in improving those processes and developing new ones.
- Project management - ensure programs are tracking with the goals and objectives of client programs.
- Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of sales-related content, demand generation content, equipment, or other materials.
- Coordinate and support the sales team by
- Overseeing CRM Management
- Overseeing play automation & management
- Documenting all Sales Operations initiatives
- Managing CRM and Tech related issues
- Communicate and align actions with the Sales and Demand Generation programs to identify ways to utilize content that has been created and provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance inbound lead generation results.
- Manage CRM system, including data formatting, report generation, and process control.
- Provide reporting & analytics to the sales organization to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses & areas for improvement
- Create & maintain dashboards & reports in HubSpot & Databox to provide automated, on-demand insights to the clients and internal organization
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- Be involved in the implementation and ongoing management of sales enablement technologies
- Work with the sales team to ensure accurate & consistent data is in CRM related to accounts, leads, opportunities, contacts, etc.
- Support sales reps on an individual basis to generate structure/data for custom opportunities
- Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts databases and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database
- Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers
- Provide day-to-day end-user support of the CRM application to all levels of the organization
- Create and manage user accounts and groups, including security configuration
- Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
- Participate in the integration process of the CRM system with other enterprise systems
- Determine, document, and communicate user and system requirements, processes, and standard procedures
- Develop training materials and documentation, keep materials up-to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions
- Manage and communicate a schedule for future releases/enhancements
- Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve adoption
Essential Education, Experience, Skills, and Attributes
This position requires the following:
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Previous experience with HubSpot and other martech tools
- Demonstrated professional maturity and ability to work well with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that rewards a creative, hands-on approach
- Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability for results
- Flexibility and openness to change; ability to make decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information
- Sound business judgment and ability to make tradeoffs and prioritization decisions that help the business

- Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with platforms like Hubspot is ideal.
