Aspen Roofing & Exteriors is a growing company based in Denver, CO specializing in roofing restoration and is currently looking to expand to different markets across the nation. We provide service excellence, quality workmanship and ease of mind when it comes to restoration and repair for both residential and commercial markets.

We are currently present in two states (CO, TX) and looking for the right candidates to join our Aspen Roofing family.

You will be personally mentored by top leadership in the organization and have influence on the direction and goals of your department and its operation. You will be trained in all aspects of the business such as Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, and Operations.

What are We Looking for?

We are looking for a driven Outside Sales Executive that is hungry for success. Aspen Roofing & Exteriors is a company that focuses on roofing restoration, exterior and gutter sales. You will become an integral part of our team, resolving customer questions and offering solutions to drive company revenue, pad your pocket and enjoy the work you do.

That being said, we are giving you all the tools to succeed and help you develop as a leader through Aspen Roofing’s trademark training program that has a solid track record in leading our team to reach a minimum of $100,00 per year.

Job Duties as Outside Sales Team Leader

• Managing 1-2 sales roles within this company

• Interviewing, recruiting and training new sales recruits

• Creating an average weekly income of $1,800 to $3,100

• Leading 2-3 team meetings and trainings every week

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

• Familiarity with CRM platforms

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Strong negotiation skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented
