Total Nurses Network is a medical staffing agency in the Des Moines metro area, we are expanding our service area to better help the needs of clients throughout the state of Iowa. We have created a newly developed position and are in search for a highly motivated individual and has the ability to be a self starter. Total Nurses Network is interested in finding a person who can hit the ground running. We will provide the tools for success it will be up to the individual to succeed!

Some Requirements are:

• Identifying and following Leads
• 2-4 year College degree
• Setting Appointments and meeting with sources at all levels.
• Minimum of 2 years experience of sales
• Car and Auto insurance required
• Health Care, Home Care, or pharmaceuticals sales experience is a PLUS.
• Excellent work ethic Professional, polished demeanor
• Strong People skills
• Having the ability to qualify leads
• In and outside sale. 35% is outside sales.
• Will be required to make 75-125 outgoing calls a day Excellent communication skills.
• Computer friendly.

Compensation: Goal Base Salary and strong Commission structure. Total Nurses Network provides Health Insurance after 90 days of employment. A monthly stipend will be provided for gas. Specifics will be provided upon phone interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
