Call Center Agents earn an hourly rate plus a monthly bonus based on hitting key performance metrics. Our team members work closely to ensure phone calls are handled with the utmost care and that internal staff has the support they need to do their job effectively. We're huge proponents of fun and regularly hold contests to incentivize employees.

Call Center Agents are responsible for handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, responding to email inquiries and requests, forwarding service requests, and setting appointments to reach individual, team, and company goals.

Expectations:

• Handle inbound calls, make outbound calls, respond to emails and digital inquiries, answer questions, vet leads, and confirm qualified appointments
• Adhere to industry best-in-class standards to execute on inbound and outbound marketing efforts
• Effectively capture marketing lead sources
• Attend training sessions
• Participate in one-on-one meetings and weekly team meetings with the Call Center Manager and Team Lead to discuss individual and team performance
• Meet monthly and annual goals based on predetermined key performance metrics:
  • Volume of inbound and outbound calls handled
  • Inquiry to appointment set
  • Cancellation rate
  • Appointment set to presentation ran
  • Net revenue
• Work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and treat every call with the same level of energy and enthusiasm
• Provide a high level of customer excellence to consumers and prospects
• Contribute positively to the culture of the Call Center
• Work collaboratively and respectively with team members
• Additional duties as assigned

Background:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to learn and master CRM software - MarketSharp
• Ability to communicate in a positive manner
• Highly driven by results
• Strong organizational, time management, oral and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines
• Availability to work days (M-F) and two Saturdays a month
  • M-F shift: 9AM – 6PM
  • Saturday shift: 9AM – 4PM
  
  

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional modern, climate-controlled office environment. Our cutting-edge workspace is beautifully designed and promotes team creativity, and innovation. Nu Look’s office is situated in the well-known Columbia Gateway Office Complex where our Complex coordinates food trucks (at employee expense) on a routine basis and also coordinates an office complex (free) ice cream social annually. In addition, the following items are Free Office Amenities:

Physical Requirements:

While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and converse with employees in the English language. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 percent of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and machinery, etc. The employee must be able to operate a computer as well as other office machinery.
