Environmental Business & Market Development/ Field Service Sales
CG - Environmental ( The Cleaning Guys)
CG Environmental is currently looking for a well-qualified sales person and business development partner. This is a full time, 40+hour per week and salaried position. Biweekly base pay schedule, with a no cap commission plan. Benefits include a company vehicle, business fuel card, laptop and cellular phone. After completion of a 90 day probationary period, we will provide $50K life and health insurance for the employee. Elective and family insurances are also offered through the company at an employee cost. We are a Haz-Mat, environmental company based in Dallas/Ft. Worth with facilities in the Austin, San Antonio, Tulsa and Denver areas, as well as presence in Houston. We offer a variety of services including:
- CSE (Confined Space Entry) Field Services/ Industrial Services
- Waste Management 24/7 ER Spill Response
- Bio Remediation
- Vacuum Truck Services
We are dedicated to providing great services to our customers and are looking for a new sales associate to help lead our team in Henderson, CO and the surrounding areas. This position entails selling the full range of our services to target customers while continuing to service existing accounts. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask and provide an excellent customer experience in all interactions. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service, sales skills, and problem solving skills in addition to being a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.
We are looking for an experienced sales person with previous experience in the environmental and "Haz-Mat" fields of work. With a well-developed book business, the on boarding process is minimal and we as a team can hit the ground running. Prospective candidate must be willing to work in a team environment, adapt to procedures already set in place for this position and with minimal supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Providing timely response to general inquiries of the sales leadership team.
- Creating sales leads and opportunities on your own, by knocking on doors and seeking out previous, existing or potential new clients.
- Traveling throughout the area to create opportunities for yourself and the company.
- Constantly looking to expand our territory of business and service offerings.
- Weekly conference calls with our sales teams in all areas.
- Active weekly completion updates.
- Pipeline updates monthly.
- Self-motivated, positive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Required/Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, see, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands to finger, handle, or feel (including frequent use of manual dexterity for keyboarding) and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Candidate must have a current, clear driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle.
Education and Experience:
- Strong skills with Microsoft Outlook and Office products.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Assist in vendor relations in Market and report needed avenues to Sales Manager.
- Experience in CRM program
- Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- . Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task and cope well with frequent change.
- Minimum of one year of sales experience.
- High School Graduate (Post high school education/training is preferred).
- Environmental Sales: HazMat sales experience required
Starting Salary: Pending Experience/ Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
