Heavyquip, the industry leader for aftermarket heavy equipment parts, is looking to invest and develop the right candidate to drive Parts and service sales for heavy construction equipment (Excavators, Pavers, Dozers, Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, etc.).

Must have knowledge of heavy equipment parts. i.e. Undercarriage, GET (Teeth & Cutting Edges), repair parts for bulldozers, excavators, etc.

This is a straight hourly job plus incentives.

Responsible for processing customer orders and responding to customer's inquiries, and questions regarding our parts; and seek remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and ensuring all orders are processed by the end of the day.

Conducts sales of parts over the phone and over the counter.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, fax or email by determining material availability, conformance to customer requirements, quoting prices, and providing a reasonable delivery commitment designed to obtain the customer's order or expanded order.

Must be familiar with basic technical information related to heavy construction equipment to assist customers in their needs.

Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized and detail oriented

Ability to use a personal computer to look up parts and process standard business tasks

Coordinate with customers, operations, traffic, outside sales, purchasing and sales management to expedite or troubleshoot customer orders.

Responsible for warranty administration on all parts.

Cultivate a strong product and market knowledge, as well as knowledge of the customer’s business and end use of material.

Perform other related work as assigned.

Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen

• Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Pay: $10.29 - $26.41 per hour
