The Property Specialist will have a great understanding of the location in which a home is located. They promote, sell and secure reservations for a variety of clients. They will develop and maintain clientele and obtain referrals from existing clientele. A positive attitude is a must!

PAY: Salary Base PLUS on target earnings comissions

- Convey enthusiasm to customers and have a genuine desire to be of service

- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly, ask probing questions, and offer additional services to meet their travel needs

- Willingness to prospect, close sales and generate referrals are essential to the job.

- Ability to multi-task and posses’ excellent organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone and through email

- Document and confirm any client requests related to their booking

- Complete daily lists and report to the Supervisor and Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
