Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Directs and coordinates all activities of the New Truck Department in accomplishing objectives and defined sales goals.
• Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales and net profit target based on current market conditions.
• Evaluates New Truck Department performance against established targets and standards and take appropriate action as necessary.
• Appraises performance of New Truck Sales personnel against established standards and targets.
• Controls new truck inventory turns and gross profit, through analysis of market potential.
• Develops and trains New Truck Department sales personnel to ensure objectives are met; assists in selling efforts where necessary.
• Assigns accounts and territories in order to meet market share objectives of the company.
• Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages all new truck sales representatives and sales admin employees at the branch location.

Education General Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a fully accredited four year college or university
and
Minimum of five years related experience and/or training
An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable

Specific Experience

• Knowledge of the wholesale/retail market.
• Sales and management training.
• People skills a must.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must possess good work ethics.
• Must be Company/Team minded.
• COL preferred
