Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Directs and coordinates all activities of the New Truck Department in accomplishing objectives and defined sales goals.
- Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales and net profit target based on current market conditions.
- Evaluates New Truck Department performance against established targets and standards and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Appraises performance of New Truck Sales personnel against established standards and targets.
- Controls new truck inventory turns and gross profit, through analysis of market potential.
- Develops and trains New Truck Department sales personnel to ensure objectives are met; assists in selling efforts where necessary.
- Assigns accounts and territories in order to meet market share objectives of the company.
- Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages all new truck sales representatives and sales admin employees at the branch location.

Education General Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a fully accredited four year college or university
and
Minimum of five years related experience and/or training
An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
Specific Experience
- Knowledge of the wholesale/retail market.
- Sales and management training.
- People skills a must.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must possess good work ethics.
- Must be Company/Team minded.
- COL preferred
