Overview:
Coolray is currently seeking a Water Treatment Sales Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Coordinators are an integral part of our team as they are one of the first impressions of our company to our customers by scheduling service appointments, ensuring our schedules are being properly managed, calling to confirm appointments and processing many different types of paperwork. Successful candidates will have high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and be highly organized.

Responsibilities:
The Water Treatment Sales Coordinator is responsible for the proactive pursuit of water treatment sale/service opportunities; by-way-of outbound/inbound call communications, selling mail order filters, facilitating counter sales, selling WCA membership plans, and booking service jobs as well as performing all sales appointment confirmations.

What Will I Do?
  • Maintain a minimum weekly average of 100 calls per day.
  • Confirm 100% of next day sales leads using the Coolray Confirmation process.
  • Outbound on all upcoming filter changes within a two-week window and continue to outbound until a sale has taken place or a rejection is received.
  • Facilitate shipping for all mail order filter sales.
  • Facilitate all walk-in counter sales.
  • Upsell WCA memberships.
  • Assist with inbound phone traffic as necessary.
  • Complete other commission-incentivized initiatives as assigned by management or senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Do I Have What It Takes?
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service call center, outbound phone sales, or office administration experience.
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficient with outbound phone skills
  • Proficient with written and computer communication skills
