About the Role:

We are looking for a Membership Sales Specialist to join us at Landing! In this role, you’ll work on our New Member Team to follow up with new leads, build trusted relationships, and ensure the best experience for prospective members.

About the Team:

Our New Member Team connects prospective members with the opportunity to access an upgraded, flexible lifestyle. As a part of the team, you’ll gain experience in inside sales, Salesforce, and project management.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound new member leads
• Communicate the perks and benefits of a Landing membership to prospective members, providing detailed information and answers via phone, email, and text
• New Member Team heavily utilizes inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages

• Working alongside other teams to ensure members have a great experience

What You Need:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to develop Landing and hunger for increased sales
• Comfortable discussing pricing, terms, and conditions of the Landing Membership
• Experience with the following is a plus but not a requirement
• Salesforce or similar CRM
• Slack
• Google Suite
• Zoom
• Twilio or similar VOIP System
