Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Comfortable answering customer's phone calls
- Must be detailed oriented
- Respond to customer's email
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up(Zendesk) to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Ability to handle stress, show empathy, and not take demanding customers personally
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Customer Service Experience (Advantage)

Requirements and skills:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Tech savvy and well knowledgeable on Microsoft office suite and Gsuite applications
