Bilingual International Sales Assistant
Looking for a professional bilingual customer service whom is tech savvy and has great communication skills.
- MUST be able to Read, Write and Speak Spanish fluently !!!
- Microsoft office products: Word, Excel, Word, Outlook / Instant Messaging software.
- Enterprise software systems, preferably Sage 300 & Dynamics.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in customer service dealing with customers, returns and inventories.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Process sales orders for assigned customers via telephone, email and instant messaging.
- Process RMA’s for assigned customers.
- Process Discrepancy Reports for assigned customers.
- Process various query reports for assigned customers.
- Obtain tracking for orders.
- Resolve tracking and shipping issues with customers.
- Assist DHL on documents needed for shipping international through customs.
- Be able to provide customer quotes as instructed by ISM.
- Process EXIM bank reports on a monthly basis.
- Process purchase orders for drop shipments.
- Assist in answering main telephone line.
- Performs miscellaneous job duties as assigned. Must be able to multi-task.
- Ability to work until 6:00 pm weekdays.
