Double J Transport is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team!

Double J Transport is headquartered in Jackson, WI and hauls freight across 48 states. Double J Transport is currently offering an exceptional career opportunity in its Freight Brokerage Department for a self-motivated professional.

Role Description

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building your book of business by identifying new customer opportunities and providing outstanding customer service to grow existing accounts.

• Use creative methods to prospect, solicit, and set up new customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to further develop existing accounts.
• Participate in RFP/RFQs and submit rates when requested.
• Perform daily operations for customer accounts including load entry and monitoring, coordination of freight movements, customer communication, and management of customer needs.
• Provides backup support for other team members as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements

• 3+ years of Transportation, Logistics, or Freight Brokerage industry experience preferred
• Experience with transportation management software (TMS) such as TMW preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Experience with customer relationship management software (CRM) such as Salesforce preferred
• Highly motivated, goal driven, and results oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
