Why are we hiring a Sales Administrator?

The sales administrator role will assist with coordination and fulfillment of client prospect and sales requests. We are experiencing accelerated growth, and you'll have the opportunity to grow with our organization.
How You'll Succeed:
- Assists with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (utilization of HCM software, Microsoft 365, & our CRM)
- Conducts research to assist with projects or inquiries
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments
- Prepares agendas for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested
- Responds to and resolves administrative and client inquiries
- Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account
- Collects requested data and information from various sources, including email and other correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and other documents; prepares summaries of findings and/or other related written correspondence as requested
- Assists with the coordination of sales efforts with the Sales Director or director-level employee
- Performs other general and clerical duties as requested
The Sales Administrator will be supported by a Sales Director and receive constant development and coaching.
Who You Are:
- Intermediate knowledge of Payroll & HR disciplines and best practices
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with HRIS technology, Internet, and Microsoft Office
- The ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, highly complex, and deadline-oriented environment
- Embrace hard work and be adaptable to change
- Have the ability to confidently train clients and explain complex concepts to non-HR people so that it's easy to understand
Required knowledge:
- Payroll Knowledge
- HR Generalist Knowledge
- Customer Service/Account Management
- English Language
- Proven working experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Experience with a customer relationship manager
- Exceptional calendar management skills, including the ability to effectively multi-task
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, including delegation when appropriate
- Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, the function and roles of the assigned department
- Ability to work independently and reliable
Education and Experience
- Associate Degree
- Proven working experience in a fast-paced sales environment

Expected Hours of Work:
This role is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Overtime and weekends may be required during necessary critical periods to meet deadlines or when Doyle HCM is dealing with unpredictable increases in workload.
