The Position:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for developing collaborative relationships with the Sales Executives of assigned accounts and assisting with the related administrative tasks.

A typical day will include:

• Serve as primary Customer Care contact for large strategic and national accounts
• Take ownership of customer needs and work internally on behalf of the customer
• Create and sending invoices
• Recognizing and resolving data entry errors
• Keeping things organized and tracking important information

What you need to succeed at RXO:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Pleasant and professional communication skills and phone etiquette
• A strong work ethic and internal motivation
• Results-oriented - you love to solve problems and make deals
• Tech Savvy - not afraid of new software and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
