Inside Sales Manager
Client
Our client is a US-based, privately held technology services and consulting company with close to 3,000 employees, a 20-year history, operating in 5 countries that are funded by Blackstone that serves a range of industries, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Higher Education, Non-Profit and Professional Services.
Summary
The Inside Sales Manager will develop new leads, communicate with prospective accounts to understand their business needs, and ensure a seamless hand-off of potential clients to the sales team.

Essential Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8-10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Organize and maintain sales campaigns between BDRs and B2Bs
- Design and execute sales prospecting strategies for securing new clients
- Create target prospects list and email campaigns, perform cold calling and social media management for the team
- Execute go-to-market plans via targeted campaigns and various sales channels, including advisors, influencers, conference attendance and industry events
- Coordinate with marketing team on integrated campaigns
- Perform team training/knowledge building
- Perform HubSpot/CRM reporting
- Perform goal setting and reporting for BDR team
Required Education, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing
- 3+ years leading successful BDR teams
- Prior experience in sales reporting
- Excellent coaching skills to enable individual and team success
- Understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the Company’s growth strategy and investments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding active listening skills with the ability to build instant rapport and customer satisfaction
- Strong social media skills, including LinkedIn
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Lead generation and funnel-building experience
- Understanding of the following industries: Financial Services, Transportation and Logistics, Manufacturing, BPO
