About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and grow our sales team in North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams and a strong ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies and plans, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. They will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, providing training and development opportunities, and driving a culture of excellence within the sales organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Accounting industry experiences is essential
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused company
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
