Alaant Workforce Solutions is hiring a sales superstar like YOU! We are seeking motivated salespeople who want to join an expanding nationwide pharmaceutical manufacturer. This position will cover the Southwest territory including Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, southern CA, and New Mexico

Hours and Benefits for the Regional Sales Representative:

• Remote structure, approximately 60-70% travel
• Competitive pay, include mileage and phone reimbursement
• Bonus eligible

Responsibilities for the Regional Sales Representative:

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for Northeast territory
• Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, including healthcare professionals and institutions
• Engage current and prospective clients in-person and virtually, driving end-to-end sales process
• Identify sales opportunities by assessing competitors and analyzing trends, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and preparing quotes

Requirements for the Regional Sales Representative:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related required
• 3+ years of sales experience in biopharma, medical device, etc required
• Ability to travel 60-70% of the time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
