Now Hiring - Admissions Sales Representative - Beauty School in Layton, UT

Avalon Institute is currently seeking individuals that are self-motivated. sales oriented and disciplined for our Admissions team. In this role, you'll interface with prospective students, influencing their decision to attend school, communicate the features and philosophy of the school, and meet the school's enrollment objectives in an accurate and professional manner.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of all training programs offered at the Campus
• Initiate contact with prospective students and set appointments
• Interview prospective students and complete their enrollment paperwork in a timely manner
• Enroll start-eligible students in appropriate programs to help ensure that the Campus budget/goals are met
• Conduct individual and/or group tours through the Campus
• Support staff and faculty during the admissions process

Job Requirements:

This position requires 2 or more years of sales, marketing or admissions experience. The ability to communicate in a courteous, professional and tactful manner is essential. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• Strong computer skills
• Consultative sales or admissions experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
