Full description of the position

EnviroSpark is an industry leader in the design, installation, and operation of EV charging solutions.

The company was founded with two missions: to raise awareness of the benefits of electric vehicles and to increase the availability of EV charging infrastructure. With over 5,000 charging ports installed and EVITP approved contractor licensing from coast to coast, we have learned how to best address the pain points of properties and drivers. We are looking for a high energy, driven individual to join our dynamic company. In this role, you would actively

support our Sales department with the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities

● High level of sales administrative work

● Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates

● Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data

● Communication with EnviroSpark Partners, Affiliates, and Key Account Customers as directed

● Work cooperatively with Operational staff to set meetings for project transfers

● Assisting with scheduling, planning, coordinating Trade Shows, Conferences, and other sales

related events

● Represent the company at trade shows as needed

● Track activities and successful leads through our CRM platform

● Assisting Outside Sales Representatives with booking travel arrangements

● Have fun

Qualifications:

● Must have experience with coordinating events

● Enthusiastic and outgoing personality

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

● Proactive and self-motivated

● Must be highly organized and detail oriented

● Being able to read and understand blueprints and measurements (preferred, not required)

● Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

● 1 to 3 years of administrative experience

● 1 to 3 years of sales support experience (preferred, not required)

● College or University degree (preferred, not required)

● Working knowledge of all Google processing tools – technical skills are a must

Compensation:

● Pay based on experience

● Currently, associates are being paid bi-weekly.

Paid Time Off:

● PTO Accrued each pay period

● PTO days must be approved by your direct supervisor – 2 weeks in advance.
