RETAIL PROGRAM MANAGER

We are looking for a leader for our team of notch marketers that work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores throughout the Buffalo area. This is a unique opportunity to both grow a sales team of lead generators as well as use your relationship building skills to connect with store associates and managers in order to ensure all stores deliver the lead flow needed to achieve the budgeted revenue requirements.

What you will do:

The Retail Program Manager will recruit, hire, train, coach, motivate and lead a team of top-notch marketers who approach customers every weekend in a big box retail setting to generate Free Estimates to replace Heating and A/C systems as well as to set appointments for discounted required seasonal tune-up maintenance (think oil change for your a/c system).

The Retail Program Manager will also serve as the face of the business with regard to partnering with Store and District management teams. This will be achieved with frequent visits to the stores, conducting store walks (aka business reviews), and delivering inspirational product knowledge sessions each week. These activities are all about inspiring the big box stores to get behind the HVAC program and generate a consistent flow of both quantity and quality of leads.

The ideal candidate should have management or training experience, be an expert at building relationships, and love the chase of prospecting new customers. This candidate should be a result driven, goal-oriented, seasoned marketing and sales professional with a self-motivating, positive, and energetic attitude.

Where you’ll work:

The stores this person will oversee are the Buffalo area.

Schedules:

• This is a full-time position.
• You own this program, so FULL commitment is KEY!
• Weekend Work is REQUIRED
• Typical work week of Friday – Wednesday
  • Mon – Wed are a mix of in store training, business review, and admin days
  • OFF Every Thursday
  • Friday and Saturday are almost exclusively in the store driving your team and participating in stores events to deliver that week's needed leads
  • Sundays are in the stores and on the phone with your sales team as needed to deliver expected KPIs

We offer:

• Up to ($75,000 to $90,0000) per year
  • Base of up to ($50,000 to $75,000) per year guaranteed

What you bring:

• Minimum of 3 years Previous Management Experience
• Minimum of 5 years Previous Sales Experience
• Excellent communication and people skills

• Honesty integrity, and a good attitude
• Clear background check and drug screen
