Summary of Responsibilities:

Interact with High Country Harley-Davidson's customers in person, by phone, and through e-mail in a professional and knowledgeable sales capacity. Each associate is responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of customer service in regard to their Harley-Davidson motorcycle parts & accessory needs in an effort to enhance their personal motorcycling experience. Our associates are involved in factory educational programs, sales & best practices training, feature & benefit customization techniques, routine inventory maintenance practices, and department house cleaning.

Major Duties for Parts Counter/Showroom Associates:

• Greet all customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and professional manner.
• Develop Harley-Davidson parts & accessory knowledge as it pertains to repairs, service, and accessorizing Harley-Davidson motorcycles for the ultimate customer experience.
• Handle all customer interactions professionally and without prejudice while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Learn, understand, and utilizing the company's operating system and its programs to facilitate customer transactions, product research, and inventory maintenance practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Complete all training programs by required deadlines as assigned by Management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Qualifications and Job Requirements:
• Ability to accept and follow directions.
• Demonstrate willingness to work flexible hours.
• A valid driver's license and the ability and willingness to obtain a motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Background check required

Physical Demands:

• Requires the use of both hands with minimal to no sitting.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and lift up to 75 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
