Are you looking to start a sales career or break into the insurance industry? A local insurance company in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a highly motivated and determined individual to become a successful insurance agent. No matter your sales experience, they'll invest in your success. They understand that it takes time to build a business, develop the proper skills and understanding, and excel in this field. They will provide the new Sales Representatives with ongoing training and support on their path to success to best serve the customers. You will be provided with all the tools to be successful!

Some of the benefits that come with the insurance agent job: $35,000 base + competitive commissions, Eleven paid holidays & a formal PTO program, & Medical. This is a Mon – Fri job, WEEKENDS OFF!! After the first 6 months, you can split time in the office and work from home. As an insurance agent, you will be expected to meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.

A few of the skills & requirements for the insurance agent job are as follows:

• Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license is required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing
